-Ski season is still a ways off, but that doesn't mean it's too early to get excited about this unexpected collaboration between 686 and New Balance. I've been a fan of 686 for a long time, even though my snowboarding career ended when I had to start paying for lift tickets with my own money. Living near one of the world's best ski resorts and knowing a few people at snowboarding's finest publication keeps me interested in the sport. Last summer we saw a great collaboration between 686 and Levi's and it's good to see the brand keep innovating with this Timso approved boot.
